Preschool (Toddlers - 4's)GCA Preschool offers a safe, loving, fun environment in which children's social, physical, learning, and spiritual needs are met. Instructionally, our preschool provides lessons and activities through qualified, dedicated teachers that allow the child to "catch" the love of God in practical, everyday experiences. Children are drawn to our "playfully" decorated rooms filled with fun learning centers. There is a special activity calendar every month for each class that rotates through different themes and activities with a focus on fun and creativity as well as learning. Each day is a new adventure with creative Bible stories, hands-on learning, story time, singing, arts and crafts (with completed take-home projects), community guests (like Clifford the Big Red Dog!), special parties, show-n-tell, special music classes, parades, playtime, growing friendships and lots of hugs! The children also have a wonderful time playing outside everyday (weather permitting) on our beautiful new playground just for their age group. It has rubber mulch for safety, swings, crawl through tubes, small bridges, and more. We also have an extra large sandbox that the children enjoy. Healthy snacks and drinks are provided several times each day and we ask that parents pack a nutritious lunch for their little ones. Refrigeration is available for bottles and lunches. And lastly, sanitation is of the upmost importance at Garr. We carefully clean and sanitize each room daily to keep everyone as healthy and happy as possible. Hands are also washed and sanitized throughout the day for children and staff. Two-Day, Three-Day, and Five-Day classes are available from 9:30AM to 2:00PM, Monday through Friday. Early care and After School care is available to help working parents from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM for children 2 years old and up.
